What to include

When you write in, please include the product you use, the email tied to your order, and any order or transaction ID from your receipt. That is enough for us to find the purchase without a back-and-forth.

Billing and refunds

Refunds are 14 days, no questions asked, on every paid product. Email us, or use the billing portal linked from your receipt where the payment provider offers one. See the refund policy for the full terms.

Purchases are sold by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for the transaction and issues your invoice. If your bank statement shows their name rather than ours, that is why.

A sole proprietorship has no legal personality separate from the individual, so there is no registered company name or registration number to publish.
