This website has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party scripts. It is static pages. Each product publishes its own policy covering what that software does on your device.

This website

https://www.dfacto.ai loads no tracking scripts, sets no cookies, and runs no advertising. There is no analytics product behind it and no third-party fonts or embeds. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path — for security and operational purposes, which is the minimum any web server keeps.

An earlier version of this site carried Google AdSense. It was removed, along with its cookies and its ads.txt.

The products

Each product is local-first: it runs on your device and does not require an account to use. Where a paid tier needs to verify a licence, that is a single request made only when you enter a licence key, and it carries the key and a randomly generated device identifier — not a fingerprint and not derived from your hardware. Nothing about your usage is transmitted.

When you email us

If you contact founder@dfacto.ai we keep the message so we can answer it and handle any follow-up. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by our merchant of record, who is the seller of record for the transaction. We never see or store your card details. We receive your email address and what you bought, which is what lets us issue and support your licence.

What we never do

  • No sale or transfer of personal data
  • No advertising, tracking, fingerprinting, or profiling
  • No collection of browsing history
  • No use of your data to train models

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of the data associated with your licence at any time by emailing founder@dfacto.ai. Deleting your licence record ends the entitlement it grants.

Children

These products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

Material changes to how data is handled are disclosed here before they take effect, and in the release notes of any product affected.
